How the boards work
Accuracy of public calls, not a judgment of people.
In plain words
- Who qualifies: at least 3 graded calls, 100K+ followers. Small accounts don't make either board.
- Loud calls count more. In the score, each call is weighted by how much engagement it got, up to 4× a quiet call, so one viral post can't carry an account. The hit rate shown is the plain share of calls that were right; hover it for the engagement-weighted one.
- Each call is graded on what the price did after it was posted. The Fade Board ranks the most confidently wrong, the Smart Money Board the most reliably right.
- Preliminary: small samples, so treat ranks as banter, not proof of skill.
The exact method
Famous-CT boards (v0.3): accounts with >=100k verified followers, engagement-rate floor 0.025% (median likes+replies on recent originals / followers; sample<5 insufficient/kept), and CT-credibility floor 5% established interactors when >=20 unique repost/quote interactors on 2 most-engaged originals (else insufficient/kept). First observed clear BTC/ETH/SOL call per author+asset, >=24h apart. Binance USDT hourly closes at/after post and +24h/+72h; ±0.5% flat excluded. Prefer 72h if it reaches minCalls non-flat evaluations, else 24h. minCalls=3 (5 when both sides can fill boardSize=5 seats; otherwise 3 for launch). If a side still has fewer than 5 accounts with 3+ graded calls, backfill with exactly-2-call provisional rows (Smart 2/2, Fade 0/2) ranked below all 3+ rows. Homepage shows top 5; fadeAll/smartAll list every qualified account. Engagement weights w=min(1+log10(1+likes+reposts+replies),4); Smart/Fade scores use Wilson bounds on Kish effective n. Side membership uses unweighted hit rate strictly >/ <50% (no 50% rows). Relative preliminary rankings for humor/banter — NOT investment advice.
